Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your MeetConnectPlay account and associated data, you can submit a deletion request using one of the methods below.

Method 1: Delete Through the App

• Open the MeetConnectPlay app.
• Go to Profile.
• Open Settings.
• Select Delete Account.
• Confirm the deletion request.

Method 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access your account, send an email to:

Include your registered email address and request account deletion.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• User profile information
• Photos and uploaded content
• Messages and interactions
• Authentication data
• Associated personal information

Processing Time

We process deletion requests within 30 days of receiving the request. Certain information may be retained if required by law.
