Sign-in information. The App uses Google, Facebook, Apple, and Secure Phone OTP Sign-In. We never see or store your password. The authentication provider shares limited information depending on your settings:

• Your name
• Your email address (or Apple private relay address)
• Your phone number (for OTP authentication)
• Your profile picture (Google and Facebook)
• A unique secure account identifier from the provider

Information you provide in the App:

• Profile details (username, photo, bio, age bracket, city)
• Events you create and ticket details you set as an organizer
• Content you create or share in the App
• Messages you send to our support team

Information collected automatically:

• Device information (model, OS version, language)
• App usage and diagnostic data (crash logs, performance data)
• Approximate network information such as IP address, for security and fraud prevention

We do not collect your payment card details, home address, or contacts. We do not collect precise GPS location unless you explicitly grant permission.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate you securely
• Provide, operate and maintain the App and its features
• Enable event organizers to create and manage events and primary tickets
• Process ticket bookings and issue digital QR passes to attendees
• Show your profile and content to other users as you choose
• Fix bugs, analyze performance and improve the App
• Detect, prevent and respond to fraud, abuse and security incidents
• Respond to support requests and send important service notices
• Comply with legal obligations

MeetConnectPlay is a primary event ticketing platform. Tickets listed on our platform are created and sold directly by verified event organizers for their own original events.

• We do not resell tickets purchased from other sellers or secondary markets.
• Secondary ticket resale, scalping, or unauthorized ticket transfer is strictly prohibited on our platform.
• All events are reviewed and approved by our team before being published to ensure they meet our community standards.
• Ticket payment data (card numbers, UPI PINs, bank details) is processed securely by authorized RBI-compliant payment gateway partners — we do not store your complete card details.
• Organizer payout information is stored securely to enable legitimate event payouts.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these cases:

• With other users: profile information and content you choose to make visible in the App.
• With service providers: trusted companies that help us run the App (hosting, database, analytics, crash reporting, payment gateways), who may only use data to provide services to us.
• Sign-in providers: Google, Facebook (Meta) and Apple process your authentication under their own privacy policies.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users or the public.
• Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, we will notify you of any change in how your data is handled.
• With your consent: in any other case, only after you agree.

The App may use third-party services that collect information to operate:

• Google Play Services / Google Sign-In / Firebase
• Facebook Login (Meta)
• Sign in with Apple

These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and strict access controls on our systems. Because we use passwordless and third-party authentication, we do not store plain-text passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we maintain active monitoring to safeguard your data.

We retain your personal information only as long as your account remains active. When you initiate account deletion in the App, your user profile, authentication credentials, and personal data are erased immediately in real time.

Limited transaction logs, tax invoices, and statutory payment records from ticket purchases are archived in secure, restricted-access storage solely to comply with applicable financial laws and statutory tax obligations, after which they are permanently purged.

You have full ownership and control over your personal data. You can:

• Access and update your profile information directly in the App
• Request a copy of your personal data
• Withdraw permissions at any time through your device or account settings
• Permanently delete your account and associated profile data immediately

How to delete your account:

Open the App and navigate to Settings > Delete Account. Upon your confirmation, your account, authentication records, and database profiles are instantly and permanently deleted with no waiting period. This action is irreversible.

If you cannot access the App, you may also email support@meetconnectplay.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” from the registered email address linked to your account, and our team will process it promptly.

Depending on where you live (such as the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights such as data portability or objection. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it without delay.

Your information may be processed on secure cloud servers located outside your state or country of residence. In all cases, we take rigorous measures to ensure your data is protected in full accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy. When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date below and notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
