Welcome to MeetConnectPlay, a mobile platform owned and operated by Grover Systems Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our mobile application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

      Important Ticketing Notice (Primary Ticketing Provider):

      MeetConnectPlay provides a direct technology platform for verified event organizers to create, manage, and distribute primary tickets for their original events. MeetConnectPlay is NOT a secondary ticket resale marketplace. The resale, scalping, or speculative transfer of tickets purchased through our platform is strictly prohibited.

1. Primary Ticketing Platform & Organizer Role

Direct Primary Sales: Event tickets listed on MeetConnectPlay are issued directly by the primary event host or organizer. MeetConnectPlay facilitates transactions and check-in technology on behalf of the organizer.
No Resale Allowed: Users are strictly prohibited from reselling or advertising tickets bought on MeetConnectPlay for commercial gain, higher markups, or via secondary resale exchanges. Violating accounts are subject to immediate termination, and resold tickets will be voided without refund.
Event Verification: We reserve the right to review and verify event organizers and listings to prevent fraudulent or unauthorized events.

2. Pricing, Fees & Payments

Price Transparency: Organizers set the base face-value ticket price. Before any payment is completed, MeetConnectPlay displays an itemized total breakdown including ticket price, applicable platform convenience fees, and government taxes (GST).
Payment Processing: All ticket bookings are processed securely using authorized payment gateway partners. Payment details are encrypted and never stored on our local servers.

3. Attendee Responsibilities & QR Passes

Upon booking, attendees receive a digital QR pass accessible within the app.
Each QR pass is encrypted and valid for single entry only. Organizers scan passes at the entrance using the built-in scanner to verify admission and prevent duplicate entries.
Attendees must follow venue guidelines and code of conduct specified by the primary event organizer.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

All ticket purchases and cancellation requests are subject to our official Refund Policy. Cancellation cutoff windows are set by event organizers (with a platform default of 72 hours before event start) and displayed on the event checkout screen. If an event is cancelled by the organizer, attendees receive a 100% full refund.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

Engage in ticket scalping, bot booking, or unauthorized mass purchasing.
Post misleading, illegal, or unauthorized events.
Harass, stalk, or compromise the safety of other attendees or organizers.
